PPLN Cavity Mixer
HCP is the world's first manufacturer to commercialize periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) and periodically poled lithium tantalate (PPLT) optical devices.
The PPLN Cavity mixer is a high-efficiency single-frequency wavelength-tunable continuous-wave optical parametric oscillator (Single frequency-Tunable-CW-OPO) that uses pseudo-phase matching technology with PPLN crystals manufactured in-house. It has a built-in pump light source and can oscillate within the signal light (1.4–2um) and idler light (2.3–4.5um) ranges. OPO-S and OPO-B can achieve wavelength tuning of several tens of nanometers (temperature tuning), while OPO-TS and OPO-TB can achieve wavelength tuning of several hundred nanometers (temperature and stage tuning). The maximum output is over 300mW (signal) / 150mW (idler).
